Havus is the official reseller for KOMUDESIGNS and has exclusive rights to online sales. Komudesigns is run by my daughter.

The fabrics and scarves are printed in Poland. Your order will be sent to you directly from the printer in Poland. The exception is the occasional men's scarf that I usually have some cut out here at home in Järbo, then they will be sent from me. If you order a ladies, several mens or a ladies + mens scarves, they will always be sent from the printing house. The products work as so-called. “Print on demand” only what is ordered is printed.
Generally speaking, your order will be printed on a single piece of fabric (which you can cut yourself). Orders over 10 meters are usually shipped on a roll.
Poland is located in the Schengen area and if you order from Sweden or any other country within the EU/Schengen you will not have to pay any customs duties or additional VAT.
Are you ordering from a country outside the EU? import and customs costs may occur. You may also have to pay VAT on the product when it is cleared through customs. These regulations vary from country to country and are beyond my control.

The scarves are delivered unhemmed and uncut (except for some men's which are cut to size in advance). You will usually receive a piece of bonus fabric printed next to your scarf, depending on the model. More info about this can be found on the product pages.
I'm not selling any finished neckerchiefs – sewing instructions are on the product pages. All require a little sewing of your own!

My books are also printed as Print-on-Demand. These are printed by Publit and sent directly to the customer via them.
The deck of cards is shipped from our own warehouse via Postnord.
E-books are downloaded directly from the website after purchase.

E-books that have a fixed page layout like these don't read well on all readers. Therefore, these are recommended:
For mobile or other smaller screens, Adobe Digital Edition (ADE) works. It's free and you download it here

All printed products (except for the occasional men's scarves from Komudesigns & decks of cards) are printed directly to order for the customer and are non-refundable. Men's scarves sent from Sweden can be returned within 14 days, provided that it is not a larger order and they were ordered directly from the printer like other products. Books, fabrics or scarves cannot be returned, with the exception of decks of cards which can be returned within 14 days.
Digital products are non-refundable.
