Do you need help with accounting and other administrative services? Then you've come to the right place.

Havus offers accounting and administration services with simple solutions where all material is handled digitally. All accounting documents are linked directly to the respective verification. The service is only available for Swedish companies.

The basic service consists of:

  • Ongoing accounting (monthly)
  • VAT report
  • Monthly bank account reconciliation
  • Year-end with profit and loss report
  • SIE file provided if needed

Additional services

  • Reporting VAT to SKV
  • Customer invoicing and ledger
  • Accounts payable
  • Payments after certification (with bank authorization)
  • Management and monitoring of supplier and customer invoices
  • Income statement with budget comparison
  • Balance sheet
  • The client can have read access to their accounting (paid directly to Fortnox)
  • Cooperation with the client's audit firm as needed
  • Other administrative services as needed

General information

Invoicing is done monthly in arrears (current account with time report)

The services are regulated in contracts and letters of assignment. Any additional services ordered are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Havus has liability insurance for its work.

Havus does not perform financial statements/annual accounts and income tax returns.
