Havus offers bookkeeping and administration services with simple solutions where all material is handled digitally. For Swedish businesses.

The basic service consists of

Reporting of VAT to the Swedish Tax Agency
Customer invoicing
Accounts Receivable
Purchase ledger
Payments after authorisation (with bank authorisation)
Management and monitoring of supplier and customer invoices
Income statement with budget comparison
Balance sheet
The client may have read-only access to their accounting (paid directly to Fortnox)
Year-end closing with reconciliations and profit and loss and balance sheet reports
Collaboration with the client's audit firm as needed
Other administrative services as needed

Invoicing is done monthly in arrears (running account with timesheet)

The services are regulated by agreements and assignment letters. Any additionally ordered services are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Havus holds liability insurance for its work

Havus does not conduct financial statements/annual reports and tax returns.
