Terms of purchase
Validity
By making a purchase from Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag, the following agreement between the customer (you), with a minimum age of 18, and the trader (Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag) is legally binding until further notice. For other types of agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Delivery
Digital goods are downloaded via the website. For physical goods, the estimated delivery time is listed on the product page. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only an estimate. Shipping costs vary but are always stated before payment.
For orders delivered to Norway or the UK, import/customs fees may apply.
For unclaimed packages you will be charged 400 SEK for the costs incurred. To avoid this fee, always pick up your order within the time that your post office or parcel company gives you for pickup. When your order is handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an email from me with any tracking numbers. All orders are trackable and insured, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.
Physical books are delivered via Publit, where their delivery terms apply.
Right of withdrawal
Digital goods and products manufactured according to the customer's specifications have no right of withdrawal. This includes reprints of fabrics and scarves and print-on-demand books because all products are produced for each individual customer by a third party – See CottonBee's terms and conditions here and publit's terms and conditions here
Orders for reprints of fabrics via cottonbee have no right of return or cancellation. The exception is the occasional men's neckwear sent from me via Postnord.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact havus within 14 days of receiving the product. You as the customer are responsible for return shipping and you are responsible for the product getting back to me. Lost returns are not refunded, so choose a trackable/insured shipping option. Never send a return until you have received confirmation that it is approved. Refunds are only issued for unused, undamaged products and only cover the cost of the product, not the shipping. Companies do not have the right to return goods.
*By accepting this agreement, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of newly printed products.
Complaint
You have the right to complain about a product for 3 years (within Sweden) and for 2 years (the rest of the EU). The defect must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the defect should have been discovered. Reporting a defect in the product within two (2) months is always considered within a reasonable time. The trader must prove in this case that the defect was not original for the first six (6) months, after which it is the customer who must prove that the defect was there from the beginning or is due to a production defect. You must provide notification that the product is defective and how it is defective. Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag provides the customer with return information.
Personal information
Havus Eva Pettersson Kb is the data controller for the processing of the personal data that you as a customer provide to me. Your personal data will be processed by Havus Eva Pettersson Kb to administer the customer relationship. Neither personal data nor e-mail address will be disclosed to independent parties. License and use
Your purchase of a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that product for your own personal use.
For commercial use of books, you must contact me first to obtain permission.
For commercial use of fabrics & scarves from KOMUDESIGNS, please contact info [at] komudesigns.com for permission.
Intellectual property rights
Books
All intellectual property rights and copyrights contained therein are and shall always be the sole and exclusive property of Havus Eva Pettersson Kb. You agree that you will not – whether the product has been modified or not – attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyrights in the product.
Fabrics and neckwear and sewing-related digital products

Products with the license 
BY-SA in the license information is an exception as these are under the same license as the original media.
Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, and comparable events beyond my control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and affect agreements entered into and commitments from Havus Eva Pettersson Limited Partnership, which means that Havus Eva Pettersson Limited Partnership cannot keep the said agreement/commitment, shall constitute grounds for Havus Eva Pettersson Limited Partnership to be released from its obligation to fulfill the said agreement.
