Havus is an official retailer for KOMUDESIGNS and has exclusive rights to their web-based sales. Komudesigns is run by my daughter.

Fabrics and scarves are printed in Poland. Your order will be shipped directly to you from the print shop in Poland. The exception is occasional men's neckerchiefs, of which I usually have a few cut out here at home in Järbo, in which case they will be sent by me. If you order women's, multiple men's or men's and women's in combination, they will always be shipped from the print shop. The products work as so-called “Print on demand”; only what is ordered is printed.
Generally, your order will be printed on a single piece of fabric (which you will need to cut yourself). Orders over 10 metres are usually sent on a roll.
Poland is in the Schengen Area, and if you order from Sweden or any other country within the EU/Schengen Zone, you will not have to pay any customs duties or extra VAT.
If you order from a country outside the EU Import and customs charges may apply. You may also need to pay VAT on the product when it is cleared through customs. These rules vary from country to country and are beyond my control.

Scarves are delivered unhemmed and uncut (except for certain men's scarves which are cut in advance, but never hemmed). Often you will receive a piece of bonus fabric printed next to your scarf, depending on the model. You can find more information about this on the product pages.
I don't sell any Finished products. Sewing suggestions for the scarves are available on the product pages. All of them require a bit of your own sewing!

My books are also printed as Print-on-Demand. These are printed by Publit and sent directly to the customer through them.
The deck of cards is sent from our own warehouse via PostNord.
E-books are downloaded directly from the website after purchase.

E-books with a fixed page layout, like these, do not read well on all e-readers. Therefore, these are recommended:
For mobile or another smaller screen, Adobe Digital Edition (ADE) works. It's free and you download it here
For slightly larger screens and computers, Thorium works best. It is free and you download it here -
All printed products (except for individual men's scarves from Komudesigns & playing cards) are printed directly to order for the customer and are non-refundable. Men's scarves sent from Sweden can be returned within 14 days, provided it is not a bulk order and they were ordered directly from the printer like other products. Books, fabrics or scarves cannot be returned, with the exception of playing cards which can be returned within 14 days.
Digital products are non-refundable.
